Bocas del Toro, Panama
Last year I had the privilege of spending my 26th birthday island hoping on Bocas del Toro.
Bocas is located about 30 km south of Costa Rica on the Caribbean coast and is overflowing with banana plantations, tropical cuisine, pelicans, desolate beaches and the BEST hot sauce I’ve ever had.
I stayed at a hostel on Bastimentos with the two Argentinos I was traveling with. We drank rum, ate endless seafood and were proper beach bums for a week.
Gorgeous beaches and really good food in Bocas.
