Cartagena is MAGICAL. Romance, charismatic locals, historical buildings, and killer cheap comida are a few of the cities highlights. I fell in love with Mila Pasteleria where I gawked over the rich selection of pastries, homemade breads, and an ambiance that provokes serenity and simplicity. Although Mila isn’t necessarily price friendly for backpackers, it’s worth every Colombian peso.
