Last night was our first official night at our new closed door restaurant (puerta cerrada) here in Palermo, Buenos Aires.
It was nerve-wracking, emotional, delicious, fun, classy, EXCITING.
A giant thanks to everyone who has supported my cooking, decisions, everything on my quest in Argentina.
I look forward to feeding you all, again.
