It’s been a rough week (head cold, can’t buy dollars in Argentina, broken promises) BUT EVERYTHING IS BETTER NOW. Last night at Thursday Mexican Pop-Up we had a really good time. The food is getting better each week and all of our guest leave VERY HAPPY. And that makes me really really happy. I mean, that’s why I cook, right?!!
Lately we’ve been getting lots of compliments about the music on Thursday nights. So I figured I’d start sharing. That’s right, I’m the DJ and the cook. You could say that my New Orleans roots dominate the speakers but with lots of funk, blues, rock, soul, and old school hip hop mixed in.
